BrandMem is a brand operating system that provides tools for brand management, asset organization, guidelines enforcement, and team collaboration. The service includes features such as Brand Hub, Review Flow, Guidelines Engine, Asset Manager, and Analytics.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to BrandMem. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your brand assets, guidelines, or other materials.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Waitlist members who sign up during our beta period will have their promotional pricing locked for the lifetime of their continuous subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandMem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
